Brown rice is a versatile, healthy type of rice. This variant brown rice has a round grain, and is slightly creamier and stickier than the elongated variant. You can use this rice for almost all dishes you want to serve rice with, such as curries or as an ingredient in a salad. Unpeeled rice, such as brown rice, is generally healthier than white rice. Brown rice is not stripped of its nutritious skin.
