The organic super muesli derives its name to the huge variation of ingredients that together form a nutritious and strong breakfast. This mix is really packed to the brim with five kinds of flakes, two kinds of dried fruit, four variety's of nuts and two seeds! The flakes are rich of nutritional fibers and proteins, while the nuts and sunflower seeds contain many good, unsaturated fats. Line seed is known for its high content of carbohydrates, and makes the super muesli even more nutritional. The carbohydrates in the dried fruit also provide the fast energy to get your day off to a good start! This muesli is delicious with your favorite kind of milk or yogurt. You can also add some honey or ahorn syrup for the sweetness if you like.
