Coffee with a complex, subtle taste and a fruity, exotic aroma. The strong body makes the coffee strong but subtle. This espresso roast is perfect for cappucino, espresso or ristretto. The coffee grows in Papoea New Guinea in the mountainous highlands on more than 1500 m height. About 75% of all the coffee is being cultivated by small farmers. Blue Mountain coffee is originally from Jamaica. In the 20's of the last century, the seeds were brought to Papua New Guinea, where the circumstances turned out to be ideal. The process is as follows: the farmers pluck the coffee beans in about three to five rounds. Then the coffee beans are washed and dried in the sun. Next, the green beans are delivered to IDorganics. Finally, we roast the coffee beans with the 'slow roast proces' in our own roastery to delicious coffee.
