This mix of crunchy speltflakes and dried fruit is perfect for breakfast. The dates, raisins, currants, apricots and apple pieces give this breakfast a lovely sweet taste, while the banana chips and speltflakes make it a crispy bite. The flakes are rich in nutritional fibre and protein, while the sunflower seeds contain many good, unsaturated fats. Flax seed is known of the high content of nutritional fibre and makes the supermuesli even more nutritional. Finally, the carbohydrates in the dried fruit provide the fast energy to get your day a great start! These flakes are lovely with your favorite kind of milk or yogurt. You can also add some honey or ahorn syrup for the sweet taste if you like.
