Our tropical nut mix takes you to a warm, tropical island. The combination of mixed nuts and dried fruit is lovely as snack, or as ingredient for muesli or other breakfast recipes. The carbohydrates in the dried fruit provide fast energy, while the nuts give you that long stuffed feeling. This makes melanges of nuts and dried fruit the excellent snacks. If you want even more variation in your snacks, try also our other snack-mixes. Nuts are very healthy, just because their rich of unsaturated fats. These contribute to a healthy heart. Besides, all nuts have their own different strengths. The Nutrition centre even advises to eat a handful of unsalted nuts everyday.
