This mix of our favorite nuts, is perfectly roasted and flavored with little sea salt. The flavor of the nuts has increased by roasting it with little dietary fibre, what makes this blend a lovely snack. Nuts are extremely healthy because they are rich in unsaturated fats. These contribute especially to a healthy heart. Besides, all nuts have their own strengths. Almonds contain vitamin E for instance, brazil nuts have all the selenium you need and a handful of walnuts makes sure you have your recommended daily quantity of omega-3 fatty acids.
