This vegan granola is new in our assortment. We roast the granola, based on rye flakes, sunflower seeds and inulin, slowly until it is light brown and crispy. Inulin is a soluble dietary fiber. The inulin we use is extracted from agave. It has a slight sweetness, but more importantly: it plays a positive role in our digestion.
We also add extra seeds such as sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds and various nuts such as hazelnuts, cashew nuts, almonds and pecan nuts to this granola. This granola is full of proteins and fiber for a good start to the day.

Rye flakes*, Agave inulin*, Sunflower seeds*, Sunflower oil*, almonds* - white, pumpkin seeds*, sesame seeds* - unpeeled, cinnamon powder*, sea salt - fine.
