These crunchy roasted spelt flakes are perfect for a good start of the day. The crispy spelt flakes go well together with the naturally sweet taste of the agave syrup and honey. The flakes also don't stick to each other and retain their form. The flakes are rich in nutritional fibre and protein, while the sunflower seeds contain many good, unsaturated fats. The spelt granola is delicious with your favorite kind of milk or yogurt, and maybe some fresh fruit.
