We make our own milk chocolate sprinkles.First we make the milk chocolate based on cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk powder and cane sugar.By then slowly mixing our milk chocolate with extra cocoa powder and a touch of vanilla, we make special sprinkles dough.With this dough we can form sprinkles in our sprinkles machine.The result is a handmade, creamy milk chocolate sprinkles.Not only delicious on a sandwich, but also suitable for processing in pastries.
