Although you can eat these with skin, pumpkin seeds are much tastier when you only eat the dark green pits. Luckily our organic pumpkin seeds are already peeled, so you can enjoy them directly. Pumpkin seeds are very rich of proteins and fibers. These are so-called 'complete' proteins, what means that all essential amino sours are included. Next to that, pumpkin seeds are also very rich of minerals like magnesium, potash and iron. Magnesium and potash are essential minerals that are important for several processes in the human body. Iron is especially important to ensure good functioning of the hemoglobine, which provides the transport of oxygen through the blood.
