The fruitmix is a perfect snack for children, although adults love these too! Raisins contain relatively more potash, even more than bananas! Potash is of great importance to ensure the good functioning of the heart and other muscles. Figs contain a lot of minerals. They are especially a good source of manganese minerals, magnesium and potash. Besides that, the vitamin K in figs contributes to good blood clotting and healthy bones. Apricots contain much beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A), which your body converts into vitamin A. This is especially important for the eyesight and essential for good functioning of your muscles. Besides, they contain good amount of nutritional fibre and are essential for good digestion.
