These organic white peanuts are unroasted and unsalted. The peanuts are blanched shortly to remove the skin. The peanuts can not only be consumed as a snack, but can also be used for cooking. For example, it is pretty easy to make your own peanut butter. We offer peanuts in all kinds of variety's, thanks to their versatility. Try for example also the roasted peanuts, or peanuts with dark chocolate. Although peanuts technically aren't nuts, but legumes, they share many of the healthy properties of nuts. Peanuts are rich of unsaturated fats and proteins. Besides that they contain relatively much vitamine E, an antioxidant that is important for the immune system.
