Seed mix* - superfoods

This seed mix combines the fresh taste of the superfood goji berries and mulberries with the crispy sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds and walnut pieces. This mix is a delicious, healthy addition to muesli or self-baked bread, but you can also use it perfectly well for a salad. Goji berries thank their reputation mostly to the high quantity of antioxidants, that help reduce the damage by free radicals. Besides that, Goji berries contain much vitamin C, what is necessary for the growth and restoration of all kinds of body tissues. Mulberries have a surprisingly high level of proteins for a fruit. They are also an excellent source of fibers, vitamin C and antioxidants. Sunflower seeds are rich of fibers and proteins. Besides they contain a lot of important vitamins and minerals, among which vitamin B6, iron and magnesium. Pumpkinseeds are very rich of proteins and fibers. These are so-called "complete" proteins, what means that they contain all essential amino sours. They contain also a lot of magnesium, potash and iron.
