The high content of cocoa makes it healthy, because cocoa is rich in fibre, iron and antioxidants. Peanuts are rich in protein and fibre, and contain also a lot of magnesium and vitamin B6. Magnesium is especially important for a healthy nervous system and strong immune system. Vitamin B6 is involved in the production of neurotransmitters, and therefore important to ensure good functioning of the brain.
