This coffee from Honduras is full of aroma with a rather sweet, mild taste. It ensures a good balance in your cup of coffee. This medium roast is perfect for drip coffee or cafetiere. Around the year 1700, the Spaniards brought the coffee beans they found in surroundings of Ethiopia to Honduras. By now, about 13 million kg special (organic and/or Fairtrade) coffee is produced each year. Of course, we select the best coffee to import.
The process: The coffee beans are being plucked in three to five rounds and washed with clear water. The beans are 100% sun dried. Finally, we roast the coffee beans according to the slow roasting process in our own roastery to delicious coffee.
