We make our own dark chocolate sprinkles. First we make the dark chocolate based on cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cane sugar. By then slowly mixing our dark chocolate with extra cocoa powder and a little sunflower lecithin, we make special sprinkles dough. With this dough we can form sprinkles in our sprinkles machine. The result is a handmade, dark chocolate sprinkles. Not only delicious on a sandwich, but also suitable for processing in pastries.
