Coffee with an exotic, fruity aroma and a complex, subtle taste. The strong body ensures a firm but subtle cup of coffee. This grind is perfect for quick filter. Coffee Coffee grows in Papua New Guinea in the mountainous highlands at more than 1500 m altitude. About 75% of all coffee is grown by small farmers. Blue Mountain coffee is originally from Jamaica. In the 20s of the last century, seeds were taken to Papua New Guinea, where the conditions proved ideal.
The process: The farmers pick the coffee beans in 3 to 5 rounds. The coffee beans are then washed and dried in the sun. The green beans are then delivered to IDorganics. We then roast the coffee beans with the 'slow roasting process' in our own roastery to delicious coffee.
