IDorganics sprinkles: artisanal with a robust touch
About a year ago, IDorganics started producing its own chocolate. Jetse Schokker, director of IDorganics, said the following about this at the time: "In my company, we have been chocolateing products such as organic raisins, nuts and freeze-dried fruit for years. We bought the chocolate. However, I had been toying with the idea of making the chocolate myself for a long time based on my own recipes for milk and dark chocolate." Meanwhile, the chocolate sold by IDorganics is homemade.
Some time ago we were asked by a number of customers if we could also make chocolate sprinkles. Jetse Schokker: "It's just not as simple as this question sounds in practice. Producing chocolate sprinkles requires a substantial investment in production equipment that is required for this. It also took a lot of research and time to come up with a recipe for chocolate sprinkles that is not only tasty, but also remains stable during production. But we succeeded and I am very proud of the final product." From now on we have two types of chocolate sprinkles available that are perfectly suitable to be sold from a self-tapping system: |
