Flaxseed: now reduced

We are happy to report that our flaxseed not only has a reduced HCN content, but also a reduced price.

HCN is a substance that occurs naturally in flaxseed, but can lead to health problems if ingested in large amounts. That is why the government has drawn up a guideline that the labelling of linseed must state: do not consume raw. We have made this statement on our labels over the past year.

However, the recent analyses of our linseed show that its HCN content is well below the limit values to which this directive applies. We have therefore decided to omit this reference.

The government's advice not to use flaxseed for a longer period of time has also lapsed.

Reason enough to put our flaxseed in the spotlight. Until the end of July, you can buy both the whole linseed – article number 7001-10 – and the broken linseed – article number 7006 – at a reduced price for a reduced price. In addition, we give some extra discount if you order 2 or more boxes.
