Kaap coffee

The cleanest coffee in the world. That's a statement that attracts attention. And raises questions. Is it true? Coffee grows around the equator and comes to Europe in polluting container ships. Kaap Coffee doesn't. Kaap Coffee crosses the ocean on a sailboat. Wind force and current. And, of course, the heroic man/woman power of the crew. Really? Really!

For a short impression of the journey of our Kaap coffee:

100% nature. Kaap Koffie is packaged in a biodegradable bag with a simple label. As little fuss as possible.

The Kaap coffee bean is organically grown in the Colombian Sierra Nevada Natural Park, a stone's throw from the port city of Santa Marta. Kaap Koffie buys directly from a cooperative of female farmers. The farmers are paid fairly, so that, just like you and me, they can build a future, assured when things go wrong, saving for a pension and with children who can go to school every day.
