Watch our video about the production of the Vegan Oat Milk Chocolate

In recent months, IDorganics has been working the installation of its own chocolate production line. This line has now been put into use and the first traditionally made chocolate has been processed.

Jetse Schokker: "In my company, we have been chocolateing products such as organic raisins, nuts and freeze-dried fruit for years. We bought the chocolate. However, I had been toying with the idea of making the chocolate myself for a long time based on my own recipes for milk and dark chocolate. In addition, I wanted to meet the demand of several customers to also produce vegan milk chocolate. I have done a lot of research on this in the past year and have come up with a recipe based on organic oatmeal. It's just not as simple as it sounds in practice. It took a lot of research and time to come up with a tasty and stable vegan oat milk chocolate. But we succeeded and I am very proud of the final product."

IDorganics' chocolate production line is supplied with energy by a heat pump installation. Jetse Schokker: "I thought it was important to think about the best way to produce our chocolate as energy-neutral as possible. Now both the chocolate production line and the chocolate machines run on this heat pump installation and I like it very much."
