Our organic, raw walnuts are deliciously crispy and creamy with a typical nutty taste. They are already peeled so you can eat them whenever you want. Actually, our walnuts need no additions. You can eat them as a fast, healthy snack, but the walnuts are also very nice if you roast them shortly in a dry baking pan. For example, mix creamy Greek yogurt with crispy walnuts and a little bit of honey for a luxury breakfast. Walnuts are a great source for omega-3 fatty acids. These are essential fatty acids that humans do not create, and so must consume it through food. They play an important role in the brain. A handful of walnuts (30 grams) contains already the recommended daily quantity of omega-3 fatty acids. Walnuts are certainly a must for everyone who does rather not eat fish, or takes supplements.
