Organic white almonds are all-round and need no further additions. The unroasted, unsalted almonds are shortly blanched to erase the skin. Of course, you can eat this as a snack, but white almonds are also perfect to use in all kinds of ways. Many people use the blanched almonds for making almond flour or smooth, white almond milk. Almonds are very rich of vitamine E. This is an antioxidant that contributes to a healthy immune system. Almonds also contain many unsaturated fatty acids, and these are of much importance for a healthy heart. According to the Nutrition centre, everyone should eat unsalted nuts everyday, and our white almonds are no exception about that matter.
